Our basic service provides you with a fully equipped luton van, uniformed staff and covers the travelling. You may choose extra services like packing and furniture dismantle/reassemble.

You can pay by either cash or bank transfer on completion of the removal.

Yes, the vans are insured fully comprehensive. We have goods in transit insurance up to £30,000 and public liability up to £1m.

If it’s one item or a small removal it can be same day if we are available! Always call in advance to give us the best opportunity to book you in. 7-14 days for a full removal service.

Our staff can dismantle and reassemble furniture. It’s essential this is requested when booking in your move.

You can either request an hourly rate or a fixed price for your removal.

Yes. If you do your own packing we recommend using strong boxes with the lids taped down to make stacking easier. Also, packing soft items into strong bin bags are helpful when stacking the van to fill in any voids.

Whatever time is convenient for you. The earlier the better for us if it’s an all day removal.
